You'll bring in fresh creative ideas that have inspired you from your pure love for all things brand and design and inject that into everything you do from a simple social graphic through to a visual video storyboard! You will have a strategic ability to look holistically at the brand and make proposals and decisions on what will deliver the best results to help Foundry build brand metrics such as awareness, consideration and brand love. This role will sit in the broader marketing team, within an in-house content creative team. Working in close collaboration vs in silo with other members such as copywriters, web developers, email marketers, social media managers and field marketing teams is critical for success in this role. If you are the type who likes to work in isolation and get on with your own projects, this role is likely not for you as you will be expected to input and contribute to shared team plans, goals and deliverables. The role is remote working at present, which may change as the company evaluates the situation in the near future. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. On one side of the scale you'll be resizing imagery for articles and creating banner-sets for Product releases, somewhere in the middle you'll be responsible for Foundry's presence at some of the largest industry events, and right at the other end you're working on Foundry's Brand Identity, our Visual Guidelines and how they are interpreted in our more strategic projects.Specific examples include:Create and manage imagery for digital marketing campaigns, with final outputs on web, social media, traditional article templates, white papers, technical product launches, print and video/animationMaintain and update Foundry Brand Guidelines, Asset Library, Doc and Presentation templates - with autonomy to adjust and take these in a direction as you see fit in collaboration with the Senior Content Producer and Brand DirectorThis role will be the company's only design resource but at times where needed, briefing, managing and executing projects with a team of third party agencies and contractors will be necessaryWork with the Marketing team to implement the Content Strategy, research and evaluate success of Foundry marketing activities, and track effectiveness of creative effortsAct as project manager across all content generation, from conceptualization in developing a brief, pitching presentations to get stakeholder buy in, overseeing the progression of the creative work, through to output and disseminationWork as part of a creative team, operating as Foundry's in-house agency, collaborating with copy writers, web designers, email and digital experts, video producers and social media managers to provide the right results on time and to a high standardBe a Brand Guardian and leader when it comes to all things design and creative. We want someone to live and breathe Foundry's style and ensure we remain not just consistent, but continue to evolve and improveIn 'normal' circumstances, the role would oversee a Design Intern that rotates year on year.
