It's the chance to be at the very start of something huge.The roleAs Head of Organic Growth you will report to the Chief Growth Officer and play a critical role in helping people discover carwow through search engines and YouTube across multiple markets, domains and languages. You will drive organic acquisition strategies and collaborate with teams across the company to see them through to implementation.You believe strategy is as much about deciding what not to do as what to do, and are comfortable making tradeoffs in alignment with the broader company roadmap and goals. You thrive not only on creating exponential growth, but on building world class growth teams, and look forward to the challenge of doing so at carwow.Responsibilities Define the SEO goals, strategy and approach across all of carwow's domains and build out the teams and processes to execute on them.Work alongside the Product, Dev and Design teams to ensure best on-site optimisation practices are held and maintained. Lead off-site optimisation strategy and execution.Work alongside carwow's editorial team to establish an organic content marketing strategy, oversee execution and results, assure best practices are met for search and video, and opportunities are identified and seized. Collaborate with the wider marketing and data team to unblock dependencies, understand unique market dynamics, and uncover new insights and opportunities.Identify and execute on innovative organic growth opportunities.Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring benchmarks are established, lessons are learnt and growth opportunities capitalised. Stay abreast of organic growth industry trends and best practices in Search and YouTube.RequirementsExperience as an Organic Growth leader who has successfully delivered strong growth results across multiple countries & domains, ideally in a large-scale B2C environment.
