ICT Project Officers - 3 posts

Salary: £24,491
Employer: East Riding of Yorkshire Council
Contract: Fixed term - 2 x posts until 31 December 2021 and 1 x post until 31 March 2021
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours each per week
Base: Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire

We seek three enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to help project manage the implementation of the Council's ICT projects.

You will be supporting the project managers who are responsible for the delivery of Microsoft 365 implementation, the Broadband Programme and the housing system replacement.

The roles will provide ICT advice and guidance to service users, to help facilitate system developments. The ability to produce and maintain project documentation, co-ordinate multiple work streams and user training are fundamental to the role.

You will ideally have experience and skills in:
  • customer relationship skills
  • project management experience
  • existing and newly emerging technologies
  • managing user acceptance testing
  • problem solving and analytical skills
  • presenting and producing well written documentation.
