Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Financial Services - LondonGreat opportunity to take a lead role in driving this exciting, dynamic & fast-growing financial services company's digital marketing strategy forward. As part of the overall marketing strategy, you will develop lead generation channels including affiliates, social media, display, website, SEO, SEM, PPC and email marketing.Main Responsibilities:To own the digital marketing function for the business, including strategy developmentTo develop digital demand campaigns to improve SEO, PPC, Social Media and digital display.Lead the search strategy to increase engagement on their digital platforms, devising strategies to drive traffic to the websites and other digital channelsTo keep abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing and engagementDevelop an integrated digital marketing strategy to generate pipeline sales growth against ROI targetsMonitor and report on a range of platform/ channel analytics and KPI'sRedesign the online application process to increase conversion ratesDevelop and implement a regular calendar of relevant and engaging digital contentWork with relevant members of the marketing team to develop digital campaignsOversee the strategic approach of social media, including channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etcDrive the re-development of company website portfolio to ensure mobile and tablet optimisationSkills Profile:A minimum of 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing in a client-side roleDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsExperience in optimizing landing pages and user-funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, NetInsight)Working knowledge of ad serving toolsExperience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords CampaignsSolid track record of external digital agency managementBachelor degree in Marketing, or related disciplineQualified member of the CIM or equivalent.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints, and Umbraco CMS.Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in on-line marketing and measurementCollaborative team playerThis is a great opportunity for a skilled digital marketer to take ownership of the digital function of an award winning, fast growing and exciting financial sector brand, with strong ambitions to grow internationally.Key words: Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, SEO, PPC, Paid Search, Organic, Social Media Marketing, engagement, content marketing, A/B testing, multivariate, analytics, conversions, marketing automation, CIM, lead generation, html, css, javascript, client-side, email marketing, financial services, city, London, permanent, UK.
