Nobilis Care are a domiciliary care company who are expanding to support and care for clients in their own homes. Nobilis currently have 8 branches across the UK but are constantly expanding.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a number of Branch Managers to join our home care team on a permanent, full time, basis in several different locations.
Reporting to the National Care Manager, the purpose of this integral role is to be responsible for managing all day to day aspects of the branch to ensure delivery of high quality care service, consistent with Company standards and expectations of service users and commissioners.
Requirements: (including but not limited to)
Ø To be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the branch are efficiently and effectively operating to the highest standard
Ø To be able to manage and organise a fast-paced Home Care office
Ø To be able to undertake Care Co-ordinating
Ø Audit staff and client reviews in line with policy
Ø To have empathy and understanding
Ø Monitor and review staff training, development, compliance and competence
Ø To be able to communicate effectively and professionally
Ø Build and maintain effective relationships with commissioning managers and multi disciplinary teams
Ø Be responsible for continuously increasing the number of clients we support in your area
Ø Interviewing and on-boarding of new recruits
Ø Be willing to have On Call/Out of hours on a rota basis
Ø Be willing to cover any holiday or sickness
Ø To be a driver (with your own transport)
Ø To have attained or be working towards an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
Ø Excellent understanding of CQC requirements
Ø Good knowledge of IT Skills
Ø Enhanced DBS (provided by the company)
