A new opportunity has become available to maintain 14-day turnaround of invoices whilst dealing with queries caused by COVID processing.
You will also be assisting the Senior Finance Officer/ Senior Support Officer in undertaking a range of quality, financial duties including the payment of invoices and associated tasks. To assist with procedural implementation/monitoring and provide a wide range of information to operational and management personnel in line with departmental and partnership agency policies and procedures. To maintain the highest standards of customer care and client confidentiality.
*You should have 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent including English and Maths and be educated to A Level standard or be able to evidence equivalent experience.
*You need to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of staff including those from partner organizations and our provider market.
*The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent customer care skills, both written and verbal and demonstrate an aptitude for numerical data in order to ensure accurate and timely payments.
*£9.30 per hour PAYE
*£11.45 per hour Umbrella
