Residential Support Worker
£73.27 to £127 per day
£125 refer a friend / colleague bonus scheme
Salary is dependant on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is a minimum of 6 months relevant experience working with children, young people or adults.

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for dedicated, confident and experienced Residential Support Workers to work in Rotherham. To be suitable for this position, you must be comfortable working with young people between ages 10 and 18 who have social, emotional and mental health issues.
Please note this is TEMPORARY to PERMANENT role and we are not accepting applications for bank hours. You are also required to have a FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH IS AT LEAST 3 YEARS OLD.
Shift patterns across are:
7.30am - 3.30pm - Monday to Friday
2pm - 10.30pm - Monday to Friday
7.30am - 10.30pm - Double shift
6 days on 4 days off - weekend work and night shifts are required
To be considered for the Residential Support Worker position, you will:
Have a driving license that is a minimum of 3 years old
Must have a minimum of 6-8 weeks experience.
Be available for all required shift patterns
Be comfortable supporting service users with behaviour that challenge
Have an understanding, proactive personality with a strong ability to us your initiative.
Be available to work between the hours specified above.
