Our programmes deal with the root causes of offender behaviour, helping people to live improved lives and make a positive contribution to society.

About the role.We are looking to recruit someone that can do more than just deliver vocational led training but can also engage and inspire students that have had little or no prior education. We need Trainers that believe people are capable of change and deserve a second chance in life. Our Trainers work with small groups of prison-based learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.

Have you got what it takes?You should have a passion for what you do along with substantial vocational experience You will need to be an expert in your field and hold a minimum level 2 vocational qualification. Ideally you will have some experience in delivering vocational based training. It would be great if you hold a teaching or training qualification, but don't worry if you haven't as PeoplePlus will support you with obtaining the qualifications required. You should be able to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners from all ages, abilities and backgrounds, including learners with significant barriers to employment.
