We are an elective surgical ward, seeking to recruit staff nurses with an interest in surgical nursing and with a commitment to delivering a high standard and quality of evidence-based patient nursing care.
We offer exciting opportunities for nurses to experience/enhance their pre & post operative surgery skills .
We will offer support and also development such as day surgery course, mentorship, preceptorship course and also we offer other development skills.
We are linked with our sister unit-the Surgical Assessment Unit so there will be rotation there, as well.
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident nurses with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills.
This post holder must be able to demonstrate motivation , adaptability and adherence to the NMC Code of Conduct.
