Strode's College have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and dynamic candidate to join our Adult Education department as a Sessional Lecturer in Accounting (AAT Level 4).

The Role and You
As a Sessional Lecturer in Accounting, you will deliver high quality teaching and provide academic and pastoral support to enable our students to reach their full potential. You will be required to teach the AAT Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting.
Sharing your skills and knowledge, you will utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.
You will also develop ways of working that are responsive to learners' needs, monitor and evaluate progress and practice.
A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction - giving effective guidance and helping them make the most of their futures.
You will possess an appropriate degree, an endorsed teaching qualification and a professional qualification in Accounting.
