Responsible for dealing with the administration of remedial complaints, including liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all necessary remedial work is completed to the customers satisfaction and in a timely manner, reviewing invoices and arranging recharges.


Ø Dealing with after sales complaints

Ø Establishing product faults

Ø Ordering replacement parts and following up from suppliers

Ø Recharging for works done

Ø Invoice control

Ø Recording details of remedial

Ø Fault finding

Ø Coordinating returns


Ø Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Ø Capability to work to own initiative and within a team to achieve challenging targets

Ø Excellent attention to detail

Ø Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.

Ø Taking ownership and responsibility for own workload

Ø Willingness to learn


Ø Able to travel within UK and to the HQ in Germany and flexible to work away from office when necessary

Ø SAP experience

Ø Technical experience


Ø Enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team

Ø Results orientated

Ø Willingness to take ownership and responsibility

Ø Professional and motivated approach

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
