The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Cyber Security Consultant to join our dynamic and hugely successful New Business Practice at Littlefish to lead the production of sales propositions and performing gap analysis on existing and new clients to identify potential Cyber Security service offering opportunities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director and join a very successful team, directly engaging with our Cyber Security Delivery BU and assist in growing our Cyber pipeline alongside additional talented individuals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities- but not limited to
  • Be the Go-to Cyber Security specialist for our Business Development and Service Account Management teams on the Littlefish Cyber security portfolio
  • Demonstrate exceptional Cyber Security knowledge to accurately advise clients on all service solutions, the benefits and risks and the differences between them
  • Working with new and existing customers to identify and highlight how Cyber threats and security risks might impact their business,
  • Developing professional business relationships with existing and new customers to effectively sell, Upsell and cross-sell services from across the Cyber portfolio
  • Educate and advise existing and new customers on the necessity of strong cyber security practices
  • Promote the business Security Portfolio offerings through a consultative approach
  • Proactively identifying new opportunities for selling Cyber specialised services into new prospective customers
  • Presenting to Littlefish customers and prospective customers our Cyber Security services portfolio and the benefits of working with Littlefish
  • Take the lead on security bid opportunities to ensure proposed solutions are commercially compelling
  • Capture customer requirements, write proposals, elements of bids and creating high-level service design documents to a high standard
  • Take accountability for determination of costs for the security components of the bid alongside our Head of Cyber Security

Essential Skills and Knowledge
  • An outstanding understanding of Managed Cyber Security Services
  • An excellent understanding of Sales Process and engaging in supporting Business Development activities
  • A strong understanding of Cyber Security principles, technologies and best practices
  • Exceptional Communications skills - verbal, written and presentation
  • Capturing and Assessing customer requirements and defining Cyber security service solutions to meet our customer's needs.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen

Desirable Qualifications
  • Have or already be working towards attaining industry standard qualifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CCP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor or similar qualification would be advantageous
  • Educated to a degree level

Essential Security Checks
  • Successful candidates will be expected to have or achieve SC level Security Clearance.
