Role: Account Manager
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Elmbridge/ Surrey, UK
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 Depending on Experience
I am partnered with an award-winning medical communications agency who are flourishing and are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
Well established, the agency has grown throughout the years and delivered some of the most creative and engaging programmes out there for health care professionals in order to change patient lives. Using a multichannel approach over a mix of UK and Global accounts, they offer their clients grounded expertise in strategy and behavioural change. Team development is no less important, members are actively trained within a fun, supportive environment.
As an Account Manager, your day to day will involve working alongside a close team of writers, editorial and creative to manage and deliver projects from inception to final work, across a range of deliverables such as meetings, congress, symposia, slide decks and leave pieces. You will ensure fantastic relationships with clients continue to be maintained and explored as well as assisting the wider team in developing new business pitches and ideas.
You will have a strong scientific background in account management, either as a confident Senior Account Executive or Account Manager having worked across a varied range of projects across UK and Global accounts. You will have previously worked for another medical communications agency or within a pharmaceutical environment. You will possess a life sciences/ science degree and have great understanding and experience of a wide range of therapy areas. Furthermore, you will display strong communication, organisation and time management skills and be an excellent team player.
