Service Desk Manager - Redhill - Up to £50,000

A growing MSP in the Redhill area are looking for a hands-on Service Desk Manager to join their team. You will act as a final point of escalation whilst also making sure that the desk is working towards SLA's & hitting KPI's. The ideal candidate will come from an MSP background and have experience working in a hands-on technical environment. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so the ability to think on your feet and adapt to situations is essential. Successful candidates will hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Train, coach & mentor engineers

* Interact with external customers

* Oversee incidents, problems, changes & requests

* Provide data and reporting of KPI's to engineers

* Ensure customers receive timely updates on incidents

* Act as a point of escalation for engineers

Key Technical Skills:

* Understanding of ITIL methodologies

* Networks e.g. Firewalls, Routing, Switches, TCP/IP

* Windows Servers

* Office365 & Exchange

* Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
