We are delighted to be working in close partnership with rapidly growing, Cambridge based start-up software company, with a global customer base, creating fantastic cloud based business productivity and duty of care SaaS products to find an experience Customer Success Manager. This is a remote role, with travel to the London offices twice a week.
The company have gone through a heavy engineering phase, and are now set to trial their new duty of care product with global household names who utilise their current software packages. You will work closely with the customer base, ensuring the successful on-boarding and integration to the platform, and be their liaison for all product support enquiries.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they are utilising the platform and delivering support/training where needed
Managing the customer enquiries through Zendesk, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Delivering technical support for software and hardware issues
Managing the life-cycle of hardware products, from distribution and logistics, through to service repair and replacement
Manage inventory and shipping, supplier relationships and regular asset tracking/audits
Complete testing of new device and platform installations, to ensure they are fully integrated
Desirable skills, not all are essential
Strong communication skills, that are adaptable to suit your international audience, with languages such as Arabic, French and Spanish and distinct advantage
Ability to think on your feet, problem solving issues, creating solutions and writing up to date support or training documentation
An understanding of Web and Mobile technologies to support in the isolation of issues for testing and repair
Comfortable working with data, with tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL etc an advantage
Highly organised and results orientated, with the ability to mange multiple tasks and projects at one time
