A Financial Services business are looking for a Learning and Development professional to focus on the training and development curriculum for the leadership team for the business.
A global Bank are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to take full responsibility of their leadership team. The Learning and Development Manager will work with the HR Business Partners and being responsible for the development cycle. This will include putting together key initiatives for the business as well facilitating the delivery.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
Design and develop key learning initiatives in line with their Leadership development strategy Lead and deliver each initiative that challenge the existing leaders to be better and unlock potential up and coming managers Encourage the use of the leadership development resources Work with other business departments to understand current leadership challenges to ensure the best delivery of initiative's Build strong internal and external networks where possible and use external specialists when needed Produce clear HR reports which can clearly state what training is taking place and the impact it is havingThe Learning and Development Manager must have experience in the design and delivery of development initiatives for a leadership team. Experience in financial services isn't essential however, you must worked for a large business previously.
