We're looking for a passionate professional with experience in monitoring learner progress and engaging students to help them achieve success!

Our busy Apprenticeships team are looking for a new addition to aid them in supporting our apprenticeship students to reach their full potential! Within this role you will play a key part of apprentice's programmes through the undertaking of high-quality progress monitoring
and review activity
, supporting students and employers
within an allocated caseload. Not only will you be motivating
students but also engaging
both apprentices and employers to ensure a high-quality apprenticeship provision
which meets their needs and requirements.
Key qualities we're looking for include:
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum level 2 Maths and English qualifications (grade C or above) - we will require evidence of this for Ofsted
- Experience monitoring and reviewing learner/apprentice progress
- Experience identifying and setting SMART targets
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Minimum intermediate level IT
- Knowledge of safeguarding and Prevent duty requirements
