Living and breathing our Ann Summers values, we expect our Deputy Managers to be accountable for the stores commercial and visual performance, pushing boundaries to achieve excellence in all areas. The Deputy Manager is responsible for training, developing and motivating a passionate team, providing them with the tools and knowledge to make it happen. It's important that the Deputy Manager can instil a commercially driven culture in store, ensuring the team are empowering together to collectively achieve store success. We love our customer and it's the Deputy Manager's responsibility to ensure trusted relationships are built with them, providing a unique experience that only we can offer.Skills required:
- A passion for the Ann Summers brand
- Experience of managing a FLAGSHIP store at an Assistant Manager or Store Manager level
- Able to demonstrate results, be self-motivated and ambitious
- Experience of driving KPIs within a similar environment
- Focused on giving a high level of customer service
- Ability to motivate, inspire a team and strong leadership skills
- Ability to work with pace, drive results and deliver
