Shop Manager - Regional
Location: Nottinghamshire / Leicestershire
Job type: Temporary, Flexible (24 hrs + p/w)
Salary: £9.61 per hour
Our retail team is going to be growing shortly, despite the challenges we have all faced our retail division is going from strength to strength. We are anticipating a busy golden quarter in the run-up to Christmas and we need some extra hands and minds on deck!
We will be looking to recruit Shop Managers to work regionally across the midlands (either north, south east and west!) initially on a 3 month/flexible basis however we may have permanent opportunities become available throughout the time you are with us. The role will effectively be covering holiday and providing additional support to some shops within a defined geographical patch. You can expect to do everything that's involved with managing your own store, merchandising, volunteer management, stock rotation and engaging our amazing customers in our service.
We do have a couple of pre-requisites for the role, we need experience at retail manager level and preferably in fashion or furniture and you will be comfortable travelling (we will pay expenses) across the region often at short notice. This is a hands-on role but you will be able to make a quick impact and all the time knowing you are contributing to this amazing service.
