Search Consultancy, a leading Manchester-based recruitment business, is looking for a number of Collections Advisors to work full-time for one of our key clients. Our client is a well-known retailer looking to expand their Collections team and will pay the successful candidates £17,860 per annum plus benefits with a starting date of Monday 12th October.
As Customer Collections Advisors working in the customer collections team, you will be speaking to customers to understand their situation, offering support to help minimise their arrears and get them back on track with their payments. If you were already in one of our client's roles, you might have spent time last week reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to talk them through the different financial options available to them.
This Customer Collections Advisor job will suit an individual with excellent communication skills who has experience working within a targeted environment, possibly in a call centre. The candidate must have an aptitude for targeted sales, demonstrable in previous roles.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate:
Experience of working within the retail financial services sector.
Working knowledge of financial standards and guidelines, e.g. FCA, TCF, Data Protection.
You're able to deliver in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to talk to customers with empathy and compassion, and in a professional manner.
