Maintenance Team Leader

Working with one of our clients who is a market leader within their specialist industry. They are looking for a driven & influential Maintenance Supervisor to lead their engineering team. This role offers long term career progression.

Overview:

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible to manage and motivate the engineering team, through a culture of continuous improvement leading in a hands-on role.

You will be required to advise on technical issues, monitor machinery performance and breakdowns.

You must have had some involvement with fault finding and diagnostic skills within a manufacturing environment as well as a strong background in electrical/maintenance with proven supervisory experience.

The successful candidate you MUST have current or prior experience within similar role.

Requirements:

* As a Maintenance Supervisor you MUST have current or prior experience in a high volume environment.

* Extensive maintenance background

* An ONC/C&G (or equivalent) in Engineering or related discipline

* Hold 16th/17th / 18th edition wiring regulations qualification

* Good project management skills

* Strong management ability

* Team player
