For me pursuing CESR as a pathway to obtain Specialist Registration was a decision made out of choice, as it enables me to have a good work life balance. I must say that my CESR journey at LSCFT has been extraordinary. I can confidently say that I am ticking all the right boxes required to complete my CESR competencies. The credit entirely goes to the support I have received so far from the Trust. I was given an opportunity to work as Medical Education Fellow, involved in several pieces of Quality Improvement, clinical research projects and most importantly improving my clinical skills. I feel that I made the best decision joining LSCFT and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the next step in the career, come and speak to LSCFT".Dr Jamali, current CESR Doctor, Old Age PsychiatryFor further details / informal visits contact:NameDr Prashant KukkadapuJob titleAssociate Medical Director, Older Adult PsychiatryTelephone number01282 657796Additional contact informationOr contact:Dr Mark Worthington (Deputy Medical Director) - 01253 955284 or 01772 695371Imran Chati (Medical Relationship Manager) - 07773 256631All can be contacted by e-mail using medicalrecruitment@lancashirecare.nhs.uk
