THE COMPANY

A well-known professional networking organisation within financial services are seeking a UX Analytics Manager to lead a team and propel advanced analytics delivery.

THE ROLE

As the UX & Digital Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of 3 (2x Analysts, 1x Researcher) across all qualitative & quantitative analytics, relaying key insights to a range of stakeholders. You will drive capability within the business from self-serve through to advanced analytics, using data from a range of digital & customer touchpoints.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Subject matter expert in Digital Analytics - Google Analytics preferable
  • Line management experience
  • SQL experience
  • Exposure to Python/R
  • A background in CRO / UX is advantageous
