The Job location is in Wimbledon, South West London.
The purpose of this job is to support our customers via phone and email within the textile & textile customization markets in countries such as Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The employee will be responsible to communicate with our existing customers and also potentially new customers.
Duties and responsibilities
The employee will be responsible for the following:
·Handling the customer service emails that come in via email and phone.
·Dealing with orders, customer requests that come in via our E-commerce website or directly.
·Work closely with the marketing, customer service and finance department for achieving objectives.
The candidate should be a graduate or post-graduate
Other key skills include:
·Knowledge of German and English mandatory, fluency required.
·Proficiency in computer applications and the internet.
·Certification in relevant computer specializations if any.
·Clear communication written and oral.
The job will be a full time opportunity (40 hours a week) to start with. The leaves will be on a pro rata basis. The location of the job is in Wimbledon(SW19 1NE), London. Considering the current situation, there is some flexibility to work from home.
The salary offered for this role is £24,000 annually, payable at the end of the month.
