TEAM LEADER (HARROW SCHOOL FITNESS CLUB)
Permanent, average of 40 hours per week

Harrow School Enterprises Limited (HSEL) is the trading arm of Harrow School, charged with running suitable and profitable activities for the benefit of the School. HSEL is responsible for the operation of Harrow School Fitness Club, including state-of-the art performance and fitness suites, a 25-metre pool and a four-court sports hall. In addition, the club manages external sports facility hire, including the athletics track, cricket nets and Astroturf pitches.
The Team Leader will be responsible for the on-shift operation of the club, under the direction of the Deputy Sports Facilities Manager. This role will encompass supervision of the facilities during both School and public use. The Team Leader will work a 3 week rolling rota with a mixture of early mornings, late evenings and weekend work.
This role will suit a candidate with minimum of one year's experience of working in the leisure industry and a current NPLQ, First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operator although training will be provided for the right candidate. The position would be ideal for someone looking to move into their first supervisory role in the leisure industry and who would enjoy being part of the life of our vibrant and historic School.
