Overview

Our leading Douglas-based Client is continuing a high growth trajectory and are now seeking an Investment Marketing Analyst to join andassist their Investment Marketing team with the continuing development and review of the company's investment ranges, including the distribution of fund performance data and the creation of insightful investment marketing materials for both online and offline use.

Role Profile

Reporting to the Investment Marketing Manager, the key responsibilities of the role are:

* Analysis and review of the internal fund ranges

* Design and maintain MI in relation to the fund ranges

* Monitor corporate actions and their impact on the company's guided fund ranges; assisting in the preparation of suitable client and adviser communications, both physical and web based

* Preparation and update of fund related literature

* Accurate maintenance of fund data within internal systems

* Maintenance of investment related web solutions and tools

* Manage relationships with fund manager groups and negotiate commercial terms

* Update third party tool suppliers with fund updates and changes

* Provide technical support for investment and performance related queries

Person Profile

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services in an investment-related capacity

* A high level of attention to detail with the ability to critically analyse large amounts of data succinctly for consideration by senior management

* Be able to work independently, prioritise changing workflows, take ownership of your work and engage with key stakeholders within the business

* Highly skilled in the use of MS Excel to analyse large amounts of data, including the use of pivot tables, macros and formulae to automate solutions

* Highly skilled in producing engaging presentations with PowerPoint and/or other tools

* Competent in the use of the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook) to produce succinct management reports which critically assess the impact of potential decisions and provide recommendations

* Possess strong organisational skills

* Possess an understanding of life assurance products and pricing strategies

* Have detailed knowledge of investment funds, the investment markets and fund related regulatory impacts

* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

* Holding, or be working towards, a relevant investments or marketing qualification
