As a result of continued growth and to ensure they stay on top of the latest trends within industry the business is now searching for a Structural Design Manager to lead the continued development of their technical service offering.
You will be ultimately responsible for the output of two established technical support teams who support at every stage of the customer lifecycle. You will work to develop the talented individuals in your team to increase their capabilities both technically and personally.
In addition you will drive the introduction of innovative working practices and work closely with your customers to understand the digital tools that they want from you to continue to stay at the forefront of your market.

The successful Structural Design Manager will demonstrate:
A formal qualification, preferably professional recognition by an industry body, in Civil or Structural engineering
Previous experience working with wind loading and pull out calculations, design of sub-frame structures and general structural principles such as beam calculations.
Previous people management skills, including evidence of supporting your team's CPD.
An active interest and knowledge in emerging digital technology within the sectorJob Offer
