Global Marketing Manager - Communications

Fantastic opportunity for a motivated Communications Marketing Manager to join an established business going through a period of re-invention, delivering cutting edge new products to market that will potentially revolutionise their market space.

Working with an equally talented team of product managers you will be help to set new standards within the business and not only set the strategic vision but be able to work with the team to deliver it as well.

As such, as Communications Marketing Manager you will lead a targeted international team and have the ability to challenge and change the way things are currently done using your passion, drive, ideas and motivational skills to make a real difference.

You will be a first-class communicator with equally strong leadership and motivation skills, capable of engaging a diverse demographic of customers. You will also ideally have led a team and managed them through a period of change.

Key accountabilities as Global Marketing Manager will include:

Modernising the company brand definition and brand management both company wide and through extended sales channels.

Driving the company's global digital presence. This will span transforming both the social media strategy as well as websites

Supporting the Product Management team with defining marketing campaigns and overall management and subsequent maintenance of all products and services.

Maintain an overview of EMEA global events including planning of events in the region.
Supporting the development and subsequent delivery of internal communication activities to promote employee engagement.

Management of the Marketing Team. Co-ordinating and aligning the global marketing team activities within the regions and taking responsibility for the marketing communications spend.

To succeed in this new role you will ideally have:

Passion and innovation to develop and lead the team and brand

A proven background (3-4 years upwards ideally) in a B2B Marketing role with a communications focus and expertise in managing remote teams globally and defining company brand.

Medical Devices industry experience essential

Experience of defining and delivering multimedia marketing campaigns (with an emphasis on multi-platform digital marketing)
