If you're passionate about leading from where you sit, join us!The opportunityThe EMEA Performance Marketing Team is seeking a passionate and highly motivated SEO Manager to lead the development and implementation of the SEO strategy for our EMEA Digital Media business (Creative Cloud and Document Cloud).The SEO Manager will develop an effective SEO strategy in EMEA alongside the globally distributed team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a strategic demeanour and the ability to craft and communicate a vision with a detailed plan for their team. They will be analytical and comfortable in numbers, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts, ideas and performance. The person is results-oriented and feels comfortable working in a matrix organisation.What you'll doBuild a positive relationship with the Global SEO team and ensure they are on-board with the strategy proposed and gain their support where needed.Set SEO targets and build a data-driven SEO action plan to further improve organic traffic, rankings and conversions. Build forecasts and demonstrate a clear return on investment for SEO activity.Build a close relationship with our agency, StickyEyes, and understand the full toolset that we have in place for our SEO business with them.Own the relationship and overall communication with the agency around our priorities and performance to ensure you have what is needed to make the right calls for your business.Develop talent and build a strong team environment across 2 direct reports and an agency network, whilst collaborating across the matrix organisation to deliver on set strategies.Conduct keyword research, content and competitor analysis to identify gaps, new opportunities and to influence the overall content strategy.Use Adobe Analytics and other relevant SEO tools to evaluate the SEO performance on a weekly basis and establish results driven hypotheses to answer the "Why".Tell the overall SEO story in weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings by producing insightful SEO reports and presentations.Closely collaborate with the Corporate Team, Sales Team, Marketing Team and other cross-functional teams ensure we are fully aligned, supported and are maximising our efforts.Review internal processes and establish new ways of working with key internal teams.Provide SEO training and evangelise SEO within the organisation.What's need to succeed8+ years of leading SEO initiatives and strategiesUnderstanding of critical SEO analytics and research platforms as well as familiarity with various third-party SEO solutionsExperience in providing keyword research, forecasts and performance reports to cross-functional teams around core SEO metrics, including backlinks, keyword ranking and trafficExtensive knowledge of SEO methodologies, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies, and passion to stay abreast of news and trends in SEO and online marketingOutstanding relationship-building and communication skills-ability to deliver results working with cross-functional teamsPhysical presentation and PPT skills are essentialExperience managing a team, agencies and internal partners
