As a Platform Assistant you will provide a first-class service to our customers whilst ensuring their safety at all times.
You will be proactively seeking to help customers through clear communication to pass through the station whilst effectively managing the Automatic Gates.
You may be required to work alone at times, and be flexible to undertake roles such as bus replacement, crown control and ticket checking.
After successful interview stage training will be for 3 days, which you will be paid for after you have worked your first 5 shifts.
Training will be given in all aspects of the role.
