Clarity Global Group Ltd is a leading pharma & health sales and distribution company. We work with a number of manufacturers providing strategic sales advice, storage, distribution and supply to full & short line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries and hospitals.

Since we were established in 1999, we've had huge success, winning numerous awards. Most recently in 2020 we were recognised in "Pharma Fast 50" among the 50 fastest growing businesses in the industry. With total group sales exceeding €100m in 2019, we are now looking for an e-Commerce manager/senior manager to join the business.

You'll be joining the company at an exciting time. We have ambitious plans for the company to rapidly grow and transform its offerings and culture. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced e-Commerce Manager to be part of this growth story, and to lead the digital sales of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for our online shop selling medical equipment & PPE
  • Inputting into the wider strategy to expand our medical supplies offering
  • Managing to budgets to enhance the marketing of products and working closely with the internal marketing team
  • Managing digital agencies to deliver results
  • Monitoring consumer and competitor activity especially in the online and ecommerce space and adapting your sales strategies accordingly
  • Liaising with our product department
  • Designing, implementing and monitoring search strategies that align with business goals
  • Tracking performance and forecasting for the promotional calendar
  • Developing and carrying out the strategic online shop sales and marketing plans
  • Reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Increasing traffic, customer satisfaction, conversion rates, sales growth


What we are looking for:

  • Amazon & eBay experience
  • Proven track record of building successful ecommerce platforms
  • Understanding of what it takes to create great design and customer experience especially online
  • Experience in working with Magenta and good technical and functional understanding of the platform
  • Experience of line managing people
  • Commercial acumen, digital trading awareness, and business skills
  • Strong social media skills, blogs and content writing
  • Someone who will thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and able to self-motivate
  • A strong technical knowledge

  • Strong communication skills and able to communicate at all levels
