Here at BGL we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the FP&A team within the Insurance, Distribution and Outsourcing division. This is a great opportunity to advance your career within a large corporation, where you'll be able to shape and streamline processes and develop yourself in a managerial role. This position would suit someone whose had previous experience in an FP&A role or financial planning in a large complex organisation, is always approachable and accessible, and possesses a warm friendly personality.

In this role you'll be responsible for cashflow reporting and total balance sheet forecasting for the Division for formal budget submissions, along with P&L and Cash scenario modelling where required. Along with this you'll work collaboratively with other areas of the business to consolidate divisional profit forecasts, gaining understanding of key financial metrics and how this affects forecasting for IDO. Strong stakeholder management is key in this role as you'll be engaging with the wider business, reflecting performance potential, and articulating our record actuals and forecasted future performance. You will become a key contact for Group information requests, and support the IDO division with added value insight using multiple data sources.

You'll be joining a fantastic supportive team with a great atmosphere in a happy environment. Here you'll operate as a team mentor, supporting and encouraging the team towards goals, and collaborate with the wider finance teams. Along with experience and knowledge, we need someone who has the 'get up and go' to step up and deputise for the Senior Manager, and really make a positive impact.

What will it take to be successful?

*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*FP&A experience or management in a complex organisation
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and communicate to all levels
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure
*Business Partnering skills within a finance function
*Excellent PowerPoint skills
*Experience working on, and refining Anaplan models.
