What do our Senior Support Workers do?

Old Shoreham Road is a newly built supported living service for adults aged 18+ with severe learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions.

An NVQ/Diploma L3 in Health and Social Care is required, or a willingness to work towards one, along with experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Above all you need to be kind, caring and ready to work as a team to ensure that our services are comfortable, happy and safe places to live.
