Job Title: Service Desk Agent/Customer Service
Location: Inverness
Hourly Rate: £8.75 per hour
Duration: Temporary, 2 months

Your new role
As a Service Desk Agent you will be responsible for logging incidents and incoming calls. You will ensure all incidents are then assigned to the correct person. You will develop excellent working relationships with colleagues and the end user, providing basic training and exceptional customer service. You will ensure all information is recorded and tracked.

Skills and experience required
Due to the nature of the company, you will be prepared to undertake a Basic Disclosure Scotland certificate. A CompTIA A+ certificate would be a distinct advantage but not essential. You will have experience of working within an IT environment and have excellent customer service skills.
