I am currently recruiting for a corporate administration support assistant for a company based in Maidstone.

The purpose of these roles is to provide admin support to corporate clients with a maximum of 40 employees. You will assist the manager with the smooth running of the team and provide administration support to the accounts support and clients when required.

Job Duties

- Dealing with telephone calls, check and answer phone messages, record details and pass on messages to members of staff

- Communicating with clients to deal with post, emails, and building long term relationships

- Assist account manager where claims queries are requested

- Providing a great customer and client approach

- Dealing with client applications including scanning documents, invoices

- Liaison with clients and update the date accordingly, data entry, scanning documents

- Complete audits and liaise with the group secretary to ensure all date is correct

- General administration duties

- Check company invoices and check all information is correct

Qualifications and Skills required:

- Previous 2-3 years administration work experience

- Full UK Driving Licence

- GCSE C and above

- Good relationship building skills

- Excellent mathematic skills

- Good communication skills

- Excellent microsoft, outlook skills including excel

- Planning organisational and time management skills
