THE ROLE

This is a fast paced role juggling multiple projects and requiring excellent client/supplier handling skills. Working with a close knit team who treasure their long term relationships with HR Directors from some of the world's biggest organisations. Excellent training and career progression opportunities with clear transition to step up to account director level.

THE SKILLS
  • Employee/internal communications experience
  • Strategy: must be comfortable discussing strategy, understanding the entire share plan whilst demonstrating subject matter expertise.
  • End to end integrated project management skills for large projects including video, web launches, print and events.
  • Digital expertise
  • Commercial acumen
  • Agency experience
  • Client facing
  • Experience in preparation and presentation of proposals and presentations
