Fantastic opportunity to join a market leading employee communications agency as a Senior Account Manager with a view to moving up to Account Director quickly, once proven. The agency delivers award winning projects and campaigns for global brands spanning Health, IT, FMCG, finance and leisure.

THE ROLE

Are you an experienced senior account manager working in an internal comms agency looking for your next step up? Do you have flair and genuine love of client development? Are you ambitious with the desire to reach board level in the future? If yes, this is a wonderful opportunity to join a top Internal Comms agency and work in a lovely, close knit team leading on improving working lives through innovative communication. The role requires passion for market trends, innovative ideas and the ability to advise senior HR Directors on strategy.

THE SKILLS

* Respond to performance targets: Sales, Margin, Quality and Innovation

* Devise and Implement client growth strategy

* Consult and advise on Employee Communication projects and strategy

* Present at Board Level and speak at conferences

* Oversee projects and processes to ensure client needs are met

* Brief and direct Account Managers on new business proposals and project needs

* Partner other Account Directors and work across all teams

* Work with marketing to deliver insightful case studies and product development launches
