The role requires passion for market trends, innovative ideas and the ability to advise senior HR Directors on strategy.
* Respond to performance targets: Sales, Margin, Quality and Innovation
* Devise and Implement client growth strategy
* Consult and advise on Employee Communication projects and strategy
* Present at Board Level and speak at conferences
* Oversee projects and processes to ensure client needs are met
* Brief and direct Account Managers on new business proposals and project needs
* Partner other Account Directors and work across all teams
* Work with marketing to deliver insightful case studies and product development launches
A competitive salary is offered to the successful candidate along with annual profit share scheme, flexible working and 25 days holiday. 2 days in the office, remote working from home for the other 3 days
