Commercial Property Legal Secretary

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced commercial property legal secretary to provide full secretarial assistant to their Commercial Property team based in their Bournemouth office in Dorset, commutable from Bournemouth, Ringwood, Poole and Wimborne.

The Firm
The Commercial Property department are Partner led and have a strong client base of regional and SME clients across the south coast. The firm provide legal services to both business clients and individuals and have a good reputation for providing excellent legal solutions to their clients.

The Role
The successful commercial property legal secretary will also support the firm`s clients in addition to providing secretarial support of the highest standard to Partners and fee earners through fast and accurate typing, administration, collating billing information, assisting on case administration, answering the telephone and diary management. The position is full time.

The Candidate
As a Commercial Property Legal secretary, you will have excellent keyboard skills and be IT literate. You will also have excellent communication and client care skills with strong interpersonal skills. Experience as a legal secretary in a Property department is essential. Salary dependent upon experience.
