Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) - Heavy Engineering

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + Pension + Overtime

Double Days - Monday to Friday


The Company

My Client is one of the UK's leading manufacturing companies within their predominately textiles and automotive industries. The Leeds site is looking once again to expand due to further investment and product success.

Key Skills
  • Apprentice Trained Electrically Biased
  • Experience in Medium/Heavy Manufacturing.
  • Understanding of PPM Systems

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards, working on several mechanical areas within a heavy machinery environment. The ideal candidate will be a time served engineer with an electrical bias and have experience within a heavy engineering environment with the ability to work on their own initiative. On a day to day basis you will work with general equipment such as heavy rollers, large bearings, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics and pneumatics.
