THE COMPANY: My Client is a large Not for Profit organisation base in Wakefield with international reach and they are looking for Senior Campaigns Manager to lead on planned campaigns.
THE JOB: : The Senior Campaigns Manager will lead the effort to bring together various teams of the organisation to work as one; conceiving, designing, delivering, and evaluating the organisations core campaigns. This is a largely inward facing role that requires exceptional communication and project management skills.
You will be able to engage and influence a wide range of people, working strategically on multiple projects running simultaneously and will be expected to oversee the development and delivery of a comprehensive campaigns work plans, utilising unique cutting edge strategies and project management tools. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation, streamlining their contributions to ensure the delivery of creative, innovative and effective campaigns within a complex environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Oversee the working together of senior leaders within the organisation to ensure effective delivery of campaigns
Chair and lead the Campaign Working Group to design and deliver clear campaigning activity, identify and agree targets, key audiences and opportunities for progress and growth using detailed campaign briefs
Work alongside the Marketing & Creative teams to align campaign plans for new product launches and appeals including a comprehensive paid media strategy
Ensure robust project management and availability of clear information for all dependencies
Ensure regular and consistent information for the organisation across all tiers including dashboard updates
Monitor and ensure robust record keeping on the performance of each campaign and lead on thorough stakeholder reviews and embedding learning outcomes. Track progress and performance of campaign activity using data insights to optimise future campaigns that drive greater results
Capture and communicate key messages to ensure strong themes
THE PERSON: This is a fantastic role and my client is looking for an exceptional candidate with 5 years+ middle management experience and an understanding the Charity Sector. You will also have proven campaign management experience as well as working closely with multiple and complex stakeholders.
You will need to demonstrate that you have previous experience of working within large teams and working in a fast, changeable and reactive environment and used to conversing at all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
