I am currently representing a well established high street firm who are currently recruiting for an experienced Employment Solicitor with a varied caseload of Litigated and Non-Litigated Employment rights cases.
The role will include: • Managing your own caseload • Dealing with managing employment advice and representation matters - such as unfair dismissals, wage claims and settlement agreement claims. • Dealing with proportion of complicated matters (Discrimination/TUPE).
The ideal candidate will: • Provide attention to detail. • Have outstanding communication and client care skills. • Deliver first class service to clients. • 4 years + Employment PQE experience. • Knowledge of employment tribunal rules of procedures
