Our client is a leading property consultancy looking to bring on a senior surveyor to their expanding team in order to work across two client accounts. The role is paying up to £35,000 per annum plus car allowance and benefits. The role will be based out of their Birmingham office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
·You will be managing key corporate accounts
·Responsible for coordination and proactive management of a significant part of the Client's real estate portfolio
·Day to day estates management along with inspections
·Transaction Management of some of Client's acquisition and disposals
·Assisting with budgeting, monthly funding requests and preparation of all reports to clients
·Development and maintenance of Client relationships
·Reviewing strategic opportunities within relevant parts of the portfolio and identifying opportunities to add value
·Ensuring the database is accurate and updated
·Attending/chairing meetings as appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate:
·Active team player
·Ability to successfully communicate with colleagues as well as clients
·Co-ordination of admin and client finance function in London.
·Educated to degree level - MRICS
·Self-motivated with proven track record in delivering quality client service within tight timescales
·An ability to handle a wide range of management and professional duties
·Strong attention to detail
·Strong ability to report verbally and in writing to clients
·Experience in management of commercial property from a corporate real estate or landlord perspective
·A wide range of property experience will also be beneficial
