Due to the need for expansion, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join an award winning, Legal 500 firm in Norwich.
The ideal candidate will be a technically strong Employment Solicitor/Senior Associate who can demonstrate solid experience acting on behalf of both employers and employees, in relation to contentious and non-contentious matters. Types of cases you would be dealing with include grievance and disciplinary, discrimination, disciplinary hearings and appeals, TUPE and wrongful and unfair dismissal.
Experience or an interest in business development is essential, as the firm places great importance on maintaining existing and building new relationships with clients.
