Key Responsibilities: -Create ans execute a market leading strategy for all future retail activities -Coordinate IT, Operations, UW and Finance to build the Retail platform in order to deliver agreed sales targets -Develop and implement a Direct to Consumer strategy in partnership with Distribution and support functions -Identify, develop and deploy Direct to Consumer (Retail) sales and distribution standards, processes and best practice -Design retail roadmap and partner with all Product functions to ensure Retail strategy is executed -Partner with central Marketing team and Customer Experience, to work out and implement a Retail brand road map Knowledge & Experience 1. Influencing and negotiation skills. 2. Solutions Oriented and decisive by nature. 3. Excellent organisation skills, able to prioritise 4. Commercially sound with a good understanding of profit and loss accounting and the influence of operating factors e.g. Volume vs Price. 5. Visible leadership skills 6. Understanding of the Insurance market
