Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
23 days holiday (increasing to 25 with long service) plus bank holidays, Private Medical Insurance, paid CII exams

This Insurance Administrator / Insurance Administration Support is a newly available role for the business due to internal promotions (they have had 5 recently!) within the company and would require someone with previous administration experience as this is a very intricate and key role.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail (in particular with auditing and checking), a passion and aptitude for problem solving, excellent communication skills, a process-orientated way of working, basic maths and excellent prioritisation skills.
Duties for this Insurance Administrator / Insurance Administration Support role will include but not be limited to:
Answering and transferring telephone calls and checking answer phone messages
Dealing with assigned post for the team's client base
Reviewing and scanning any client documentation
Responding to client emails and enquiries accurately and efficiently
Building long term relationships with clients
Attending client meetings with the dedicated Account Manager
Accurately updating client records on the in-house CRM
Assisting with client audits
Checking client invoices ad arranging for any credits to be raisedAs this role has been created due to a recent promotion, there is an immediate start available but candidates on a notice will still be considered.
