Marketing Compliance Assistant - 12 months Fixed Term Contract - Home based currently due to Covid - this will then change to 2 days in the Doncaster office and 3 days from home.
Elevation Recruitment Group have partnered exclusively with a leading Doncaster based consumer goods business to recruit a Marketing Compliance Assistant.
Working as part of an established marketing team, this newly created role will report directly to the Digital Manager where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing brand guidelines for all external marketing campaigns for their customers.
For each campaign you will be required to monitor brand guideline compliance and provide detailed analytical excel reports that will be used for future campaign planning.
*Responsible for co-ordinating campaigns specifically for customers, giving them the tools required for marketing promotional activities
*Maintain an accurate database and produce reports on campaign results
*Provide a database of campaign artwork that is easily accessible, ensuring all brand lines are adhered to
*Track competitor pricing analysis accurately, to ensure our client is staying ahead of the competition
*Work and assist the wider marketing team with other marketing admin tasks
*Build strong working relationships with 3rd parties, showing the positive influence marketing can have
Skills & Experience:
*The ability to work accurately with significant amounts of data and excel spreadsheets
*A marketing knowledge including database / CRM and digital would be advantageous
*Good admin skills and confident in speaking with clients and customers when required
*Confident and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
