This is a full-time permanent position and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £53,754 - £60,078 per annum depending on experience plus benefits.

About the role:
As our Delivery Manager, you will lead the Technology & Design department in developing next generation support and maintenance models. Providing organisational and technical leadership to our forward-thinking support teams, you will shape and lead the system operations across a delivery function made up of multiple teams.
Having a customer focus, with the ability to think creatively and inspire engineering support teams. You will provide leadership, coaching and support to a diverse range of teams to help realise organisational strategy and goals.
You will be working with a wide variety of techniques, technologies, and methodologies, and be fundamental in helping teams define and implement their approach to solving customer problems. Ensuring the successful operation of systems and services within the domains, according to their SLAs.
Your organisation wide network, coaching and direction will facilitate collaboration with senior business stakeholders. This in turn will allow you to influence, shape, design and challenge roadmaps and objectives. Through collaboration with project and senior delivery managers, you will also track the progress of technical delivery.

Expertise in a technology/service delivery related field
Expert knowledge of Agile and lean methodologies
Proven track record in people management
Excellent communicating, reporting and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record in balancing conflicting priorities and disparate work packages
