Health and Social Care Trainer
I am currently recruiting for a recognised Training Provider and as a result of a growth we are now looking for experienced online Trainer.
The position of the Health and Social Trainer is currently home based and all delivery is online, however there may be the possibility of some face to face delivery in the near future which would be in the East Anglia area.
Salary is up to £26000 and you will receive good holidays, Pension, Laptop and Phone
The Tutor will be delivering Health and Social Care Programmes programmes up to level 3 to learners who are in full or part time employment.
The Health and Social Care Tutor will be delivering the sessions using Video Platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Virtual Learning Systems
Key Responsibilities of the Health and Social Care Trainer
" Deliver inspiring training and coaching sessions to groups and individual learners in a range of Health and Social Care subjects
" Actively support, mentor and motivate learners across the learner journey to help them with the timely completion of their learning aims and qualification. Contact will be all online and will include delivery sessions through Microsoft Teams and Virtual Learning platforms.
" Provide insightful, constructive and informative feedback to help the learner maximize their potential.
" Satisfy all required standards in the delivery and documentation in regards to quality and compliance
" Proactively monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
Skills and Experience Required for the Health and Social Care Trainer
" Ideally being Assessors Qualified e.g. A1, D32, D33, or TAQA or willing to work towards
" Recognised Teaching Qualification e.g Award in Education and Training, PTLLS, Cert Ed
" Previous experience of delivering Employability Programmes through online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom and Virtual Learning platforms
" Knowledge and experience of using E- Portfolio's
" Experience delivering vocational programmes to level 3 in Adult Health and social care
" Vocational competence working in an Adult Health Care setting
" Proven track record in achieving Targets and Quality Standards
" Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
