Excellent opportunity for Deskside support engineers to be part of our Infrastructure services Practice working at a key client site in Cheltenham.

Cognizant's Infrastructure Services Practice provides end-to-end solutions covering architecture, design, implementation, management and on-going support across the entire enterprise technology infrastructure.

Our services include a spectrum of management, consulting and systems integration services to help our clients maximize value in their infrastructure resources, while optimizing infrastructure performance and cost.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Resolve users' IT issues related to Desktops, Laptops, Windows / MAC operating systems,
  • Printer setup, Resolve printer issues
  • Service-Now is the ticket management tool, monitor and track the tickets using Service-Now
  • Handle TechBar events in UK to address users' computer/iDevice issues

Key Skills and Expereince :

  • Windows 7 & Windows 10 Operating systems
  • MAC background
  • Printers troubleshooting
  • knowledge & O365 / Adobe / Skype / MS Teams troubleshooting
