Key Skills and Expereince :
- Resolve users' IT issues related to Desktops, Laptops, Windows / MAC operating systems,
- Printer setup, Resolve printer issues
- Service-Now is the ticket management tool, monitor and track the tickets using Service-Now
- Handle TechBar events in UK to address users' computer/iDevice issues
- Windows 7 & Windows 10 Operating systems
- MAC background
- Printers troubleshooting
- knowledge & O365 / Adobe / Skype / MS Teams troubleshooting
