Role: HRMI Analyst
Location: Multiple Sites/Working from Home
Salary: Depending on Experience
Working Hours: 37.5 per week
What Will You Be Doing:
·You will liaise with key stakeholders across the Group, to establish what processes/procedures are necessary to deliver the correct information to enable running departments successfully and efficiently.
·Produce MI Reports on an ad-hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
·Manage stakeholders supporting and educating the businesses on the data findings
·Contribute to various projects and take responsibility for supporting any activities through the provision and analysis of other HR management information and/or development of specific tools.
·Build relationships by developing and understanding the MI requirements within the business and the tools required to manage processes.
·Create and provide timely and accurate monthly MI at Board level and departmental level.
·Develop processes for creating and sharing MI.
·Maximise People HR MI capability.
·Contribute to various projects and take responsibility for any activities through supporting the provision and analysis of other HR management information and/or development of specific tools.
Skills and Experience:
The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years within a similar role or have exceptionally strong cross over skills from a previous HR role.
·Reporting applications and visualisation tools.
·Advanced Excel skills.
·Experience with People HR MI would be an advantage.
·Excellent HR system Knowledge.
·Data Interpretation and Manipulate queries and reports.
·Spotting trends in data.
·Positive attitude, with a desire to resolve queries effectively and quickly.
·Flexible approach Ability to travel if required.
·Receptive and agile in your approach to work.
·Excellent attention to detail.
·Pro-active thinker, able to solve problems independently as they arise.
·Ability to communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing.
